The X96 Mini remains one of the most resilient and popular budget Android TV boxes on the market. However, over time, system bloat, frozen boot screens (boot loops), or outdated apps can slow your device to a crawl. Reflashing your device using a PC can be frustrating due to driver conflicts and unrecognized USB ports.

: While keeping the AV button pressed down, insert the power adapter cable into the DC port of the X96 Mini.

Click the button and browse to select your extracted X96 Mini firmware .img file.

Watch your TV screen. You will see the stock X96 Mini logo, followed quickly by an Android upgrade screen featuring a progress bar.
