"School 2013" is a South Korean television series that aired on KBS2 from December 3, 2012, to January 28, 2013. Comprising 16 episodes, each running approximately 60 to 70 minutes, the drama marked the triumphant return of the iconic "School" series after a 10-year hiatus. Unlike previous installments that focused primarily on students, the 2013 reboot aimed to present a more rounded and authentic picture of high school life by giving equal weight to the perspectives of students, teachers, and parents. Directed by Lee Min-hong and Lee Eung-bok, and written by Lee Hyun-joo and Go Jung-won, "School 2013" tackled the pressing social issues facing modern Korean youth with an unflinching and honest lens.
