Upon arriving in the afterlife, Tittu protests the error to Yamraj (the God of Death). He is permitted to return to Earth, but because his original body has already been cremated, his soul must inhabit a different physical form. This leads to a classic comedy of errors as Tittu navigates life in someone else's shoes while trying to reclaim his true love.

The story follows (played by Gippy Grewal), a simple, good-hearted boy desperately trying to win the heart of Simran (Sapna Pabbi, marking her Punjabi debut). Simran, however, is infatuated with the local, aggressive gangster Gill Baiji (Binnu Dhillon).
